Who we are. Zefo is run by the Zefo team in Israel. We're not incorporated yet. If you have a question about your data, or you'd like the name of the person responsible for it, email hello@zefo.ai.

Visiting the site. No cookies, ad pixels or cross-site trackers. We use PostHog analytics in cookieless mode to count visits: page views, which sections were viewed, "Talk to us" clicks, errors and page speed, plus your browser's time zone. IP addresses are discarded, and nothing is stored on your device for analytics. Cloudflare hosts the site and handles your IP address to deliver it.

Booking a call. "Talk to us" opens a Google Calendar booking page that asks for your name, email, role and the AI tools you use. We use these only to arrange and prepare for the call, and they're kept in our Google Workspace calendar. Booking is optional. Without these details we can't schedule a call, but you can always email us instead.

Who receives data. Only the providers that run the site and bookings for us: Google (bookings), PostHog (analytics) and Cloudflare (hosting).

Your rights. You can ask to see the data we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. Email hello@zefo.ai.

For EU/UK visitors: we rely on our legitimate interest (analytics) and on steps taken at your request (bookings).

Do Not Track. We don't track you across other sites, and no third party does so through this site, so we treat Do Not Track signals the same as any other visit.

Changes. If this notice changes meaningfully, we'll update this page and the date above.
